I know it’s scary because I have been there and done that, but you have to try.  Remember that you are not really in any real danger, it’s all in your head.
 
4.) When the next panic or anxiety attack occurs remeber to relax. If you are able to embrace the episode, you will be able to overcome it a lot easier because it will no longer be something that you dread. When you feel it approaching, try climbing into a nice comfy seat and close your eyes. Allow the fear to wash over you, and then let it go. The discomfort will soon subside and you will be able to continue on about your day.
